| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the current state of Japan's realty finance, the paper indicates that the resulting idea of "volume of cash flow" should be taken more seriously in realty evaluation, which is manifested by realty securitization. The securitization has shown that both realty and finance are required in solving the present problems in realty finance. |
