| 摘 要： | 文章从探讨国外电信业发展模式入手 ,分析我国入世后电信业的开放进程及给浦东带来的机遇与挑战 ,然后在此基础上提出入世后浦东电信业的发展对策 :遵循循序渐进、资本多元、发挥优势、突出重点、多快好省原则 ,选择混合型发展模式 ,采取合纵联横策略、差别化营销策略、借力策略 ,选择电信业支柱应用方向及发展重点

| Abstract: | Based on a study of the modes of foreign telecommunication industry, the paper analyzes the opening process of the telecommunication industry after China joins the WTO, which gives Pudong both opportunity and challenge. It is suggested that the following strategies of Pudong's telecommunication industry be taken: abide by principles of step-by-step, multi-capital, elaborating-the-superiority, stressing-the-stress and getting more-and-faster-and-better-and-more economical; select mixed mode; ally with business partners; take different marketing strategy; make use of external aids; determine key points and application fields of telecommunication industry. |
