| 摘 要： | FDI对经济增长的影响，既有促进之处，亦有负面影响。本文通过选取1983--2005年间我国FDI与GDP的时间序列资料，描绘了外商直接投资与经济增长的运行轨迹，并用计量经济学的方法对FDI与经济增长的关系作了相关分析和回归分析，测算了FDI对我国经济增长的贡献。本文发现，虽然FDI对我国经济增长的贡献是显著的，但从1994年以来，这种贡献度却在不断下降。

| Abstract: | The impact of FDI on economic growth lies in both the positive influence and negative influence.The paper describes the track of FDI and GDP,by selecting the time serial data of FDI and GDP among 1983-2005 in China,and makes some economtrics analyses of correlation and regression between FDI and GDP,calculates the contribution of FDI impacting on our economy.The paper finds,although the contribution of FDI impacting on our country economy is positive,the contribution is descending since 1994. |
