摘    要:提出一种蛇酒的加工工艺,并对蛇酒的功效机理作了讨论。实验证明,该酒富含多种氨基酸、维生素及微量元素,营养丰富,能起到清肝明目,行气化痰,祛风湿,补肾健脾,提神键脑,调节生理平衡,提高肌体免疫力,抗炎、扶正之功益。

Abstract:This paper deals with the technique for the snake wine processing and offers a study of its physiological function. Experiments have shown that the wine contains an abundant amount of varieties of aminoacid,vitamin and trace elements. For this rich nutrition,it is able to clean the liver and brighten the eye;reduce phlegm,remove rheumatism and regulate the flow of vital energy i invig orate the function of the stomach and spleen jrefresh the spirits and activate the brain. It can also ad just the physiological balance,promote the immunity of the organism,resist inf1ammation and main tain health.
