灵芝浸液对隆线氵蚤寿命和生殖能力的影响

摘    要:将隆线氵蚤初生幼氵蚤单个培养在水内悬浮有珊藻细胞的培养液中.除实验组培养液内加入灵芝可溶性成分对照组不加外,两组其它培养条件完全相同.培养经历这些动物的一生,记录两组每一氵蚤的生殖状况和寿命.结果表明:实验组中的幼龄增长速度快于对照组,实验组中从第三成龄开始的每窝孤雌卵的数目多于对照组,实验组每氵蚤的生殖次数也多于对照组.实验组的平均寿命是48.8d,对照组的是38.8d.每氵蚤的平均总生殖量实验组是930.3个,对照组仅为446.8个.这些数据证明灵芝的可溶性成分不仅延长了隆线氵蚤的寿命,而且提高了它们的生殖能力.本文工作发现的灵芝对隆线氵蚤的长寿作用强于以往研究者在果蝇上得到的结果.这一区别可能与两种动物生活环境不同有关,隆线氵蚤是水生动物,灵芝的有效成分溶解在水中,可随时随刻并通过不同途径进入氵蚤体.这一优越条件是做为陆生动物的果蝇所不具备的.对灵芝影响寿命和生殖力的机理问题进行了讨论.

Abstract:Newborn young sister animals of Daphnia carinata were cultivated individually in the culture liquid containing water and suspending Scendesmus cells. Both the experimental and the contrast groups were cultivated under the same conditions except that soluble components of Ling-Zhi ( Ganoderma lucidum ) were added in the culture liquid of the experimental group but not in the contrast group. The cultures passed through all stages of the animals' life and the parthenogenetic states and life span of each Daphnia in each group were recorded. Results showed that the increasing rate of the juvenile instars in the experimenal group is higher than that in the contrast group,and that the number of parthenogenetic eggs per clutch beginning from third adult instar in the experimental group are more than that in the contrast group.The reproductive times of each animal in the experimental group are also more than in contrast group. The everage life span of experimental group is 48.8 days and that of the contrast group is 38.8 days. The mean total reproductive amount per animal is 930.3 in the experimental group, and 446.8 only in the contrast group. These data proved that the soluble components of Ling-Zhi not only prolonged the life span of Daphnia but also raised their reproductive capacity. The longevity function of Ling-Zhi on Daphnia found by the present work seems stronger than that found in Drosophila by former investigators. This difference may be related to the different living environments of the two animals. Daphnia is an aquatic animal, the effective components of Ling-Zhi dissolved in water can enter the animal's body at any time and by different ways. This favourable condition may not be available for the terrestrial animal Drosophila .Mechanism of Ling-Zhi's effecting on the longevity and reproductive capacity were disussed.
