全国排球联赛中高校排球队竞技成绩的影响因素及其提高对策

通过对参加2007-2008全国排球联赛的四支高校排球队（武汉体育学院女排、复旦大学男排、天津工业大学男排，北航男排）的比赛成绩来分析这四支高校队伍的管理体制、训练、队员和训练团队状况以及经济支持等环境影响因素以及队员竞技能力因素，从中找到不足之处，并提出了一些针对性的发展对策，来促进我国高校排球队的竞技能力的提高，由此带动我国高校排球运动的普及与发展。

Study on the factors of competitive skills and improvement solutions of college volleyball teams in national volleyball league

This study is based on the competition results of four college volleyball teams in National Volley- ball League 2007-2008： the Women＇s team from Wuhan Institute of Physical Education, and the Men＇s teams from Fudan University, Tianjing Polytechnic University and Beijing University of Aeronautics ＆ As- tronautics. We analyze the various factors on these college teams, including management systems, training, relationships between players and training teams, and financial support. Furthermore, we find out the weak- ness and propose some corresponding development solutions to improve the competitive skills of the college volleyball teams and boost the popularity and the development of volleyball sports in colleges.
