| 摘 要： | 目的研究铁扫帚的化学成分。方法用醇提取、水提取醇沉淀方法进行提取,再用薄层层析法进行分离提取物。结果从提取物中分离出多糖和黄酮类物质。多糖中分离出2种化合物,从黄酮中分离出4种化合物。结论来自黄酮类的4种化合物其Rf值分别为0.16,0.25,0.78,0.86;来自多糖类的2种化合物其Rf值分别为0.55和0.65。

| Abstract: | Aim To study the main chemical constituents of Lespedeza cuneata(Dum-Cours) G.Don.Methods The main chemical constituents of Lespedeza cuneata was extracted with ethanol or water,the extractants were isolated by TLC.Results Four compounds of flavnoids and two compounds of polysaccharides were obtained.Conclusion The R_f of 5 flavonoids are 0.16,0.25,0.78 and 0.86 respectively.The R_f of 2 polysaccharides are 0.55 and 0.65 respectively. |
