| Abstract: | In the light of the shortages existing in Chinese enterprises' financial targets(the maximization of the profit,the maximization of shareholders'wealth,and the maximization of enterprise value,etc.),this paper analyzes on and probes into the superiorities of enterprise target of the maximi8zation of economical added value and its practicability,and holds that it is the most scientific target of financial management in recent stage. |
