基于极性强度度量中文情感文摘中的情感信息

摘    要:情感文摘旨在提取出文本中具有明显倾向性的情感信息,同时尽可能使得句子与句子之间的衔接连贯通顺.由于极性强度不一样,评论者表达观点的情感强弱就不一样,导致情感信息也不一样.提出了一种新的方法来度量情感文摘中的情感信息量,引入了极性强度概念,并利用点交互信息的原理,综合考虑其与评论者、评价对象、评价短语三者之间的关系.实验结果表明,新方法与未考虑极性强度的方法相比,评价指标ROUGE-2提升了2.21%,ROUGE-SU4提升了2.01%,ROUGE-SU9提升了2.45%

Abstract:Opinion summarization aims to extract emotional information of obvious tendentiousness,and keep the sentences as coherent and fluent as possible at the same time.Because of the different the polarity strength,the emotional strength of the views expressed by the reviewers is not the same,and this eventually results that the emotion information is not the same too.This paper proposes a method to measure the opinion information which imports the polar strength to consider the relationship among reviewers,target and opinion expression.It also uses the principle of PMI( pointwise mutual information) namely the higher correlation of two variables,the larger amount of mutual information.Experimental results show that compared to the method without consideri ng the polarity strength,the proposed method makes ROUGE-2 improved by 2 .21%,ROUGE-SU4 improved by 2.01%,ROUGE-SU9 improved by 2.45%
