摘    要:抗菌肽作为非特异性免疫因子,在机体抵抗病原感染中发挥重要的作用.Cathelicidin是目前发现的一个最大抗菌肽家族,具有多重生物学功能.鱼类Cathelicidin的研究虽比较滞后,但国内外学者已取得了一些研究成果.综述了前人鱼类Cathelicidin的研究成果,如基因结构、蛋白酶酶切作用、体内表达状况和生物学活性,以期为后续研究提供一定的研究基础和研究思路

Abstract:Antimicrobial peptides are members of nonspecific immune factors that play essential roles in organism's immunity to pathogen.Cathelicidin is one of the major families of antimicrobial peptides that have multiple biological functions.Although the research on Cathelicidin in fish is less intensive than those in mammals,some significant progresses has been made recently.This article reviews some of these advances including new insights into gene structures,photolytic activation,gene expression mechanisms,and biological activities of Cathelicidin in fish.Finally,additional research questions and hypothesis are proposed for further investigation into fish Cathelicidin
