摘    要:为研究石材锯切过程中圆锯片的轴向变形及其与轴向力之间的关系,根据弹性薄板小挠度弯曲的基本理论,对轴向力作用下圆锯片的轴向变形进行理论推导,并通过编程进行数值求解.采用实验方法测量圆锯片在锯切石材时的轴向变形及轴向力信号,并将圆锯片上一整圈的轴向变形实验结果与解析模型计算结果进行比较.研究表明:两种方法所得圆锯片轴向变形的结果符合得较好,由圆锯片所受的轴向力可以推导出锯片的轴向变形.

Abstract:In order to study axial deformation of the circular saw in the stone sawing process and the relationship between axial deformation and axial force,in this paper,theoretical derivation was done firstly on axial deformation of the circular saw under axial force according to the bending theory of small deformation for thin elastic plate.And the numerical solution was done by programming.Then,the signals of axial deformation and axial force were measured by the stone sawing experiments.The experimental results were compared with the analytical solutions about axial deformation of a whole circle on the circular saw.Studies show that the results by two methods agree well with each other.And the axial deformation of the circular saw can be derived from the axial force acting on it.
