| Abstract: | This paper expounds the connotations,contents and functions of sci-tech management,analyzes the present situation of the sci-tech management staffs of Xinjiang Oilfield Company and the qualities that the sci-tech management staffs should possess,and puts forward some suggestions on the qualities cultivation for sci-tech management staffs. |
