摘    要:在重点人员动态管控工作中,很多对策和措施仅仅停留在理论层和分析人员的主观认识层,缺乏科学的理论和定量的手段,这也使得与积分预警模式相结合的重点人员动态管控工作的积分工作更加难以开展。基于此,提出了一种以重点人员活动行程为主变量的正态分布模型,为确定重点人员的活动轨迹异常与否提供一种较为科学的定量分析方法。

Abstract:In the management and control of the key personnel, many measures and countermeasures are just stay at the theoretical level and analyzers’ subjective cognition level, lacking of scientific theory and quantitative means, and also making the integral work of key personnel’s management and control combined with integral early warning model more difficult to carry out. Based on this, this paper puts forward a normal distribution model with the master variable of journey in the management and control of key personnel, which provides a more scientific method for quantitative analysis on determining the moving tracks of the key personnel abnormal or not.
