| 摘 要： | 伴随着高校教育改革的不断深入，高校图书馆在促进学校教育教学和科研等各项工作中发挥着越来越重要的作用。高校学生是一个特殊的读者群体，认真分析其借阅心理，对其进行正确的心理引导，充分发挥高校图书馆的教育职能，是每一个图书馆员的重要任务与应尽职责。

| Abstract: | Along with the deepening of university's educational reform,university library plays a more and more important role in promoting university's teaching,scientific research and all other works.University students belong to a special readers group.Carefully analyzing their book-borrowing psychology,making right psychological guidance for them,and giving full play to university library's educational function are important tasks and due duties of each librarian. |
