| Abstract: | This paper expounds the working principles of resistance braking and the components of resistance braking device on Dongfeng 4B diesel locomotives, analyzes the causes of the failures of this resistance braking device, and based on the analysis results, puts forward some corresponding precautions and failure treatment methods. |
