高校图书馆阅览室馆员工作考评模糊综合评判法浅析

模糊综合评价法是比较科学的符合图书馆实际的对部分馆员的工作进行考评的方法。拟定馆员工作德、能、绩评价表并由抽取的来馆频率最高的20位读者为评价主体对馆员的服务工作进行了评价;用德尔菲法对抽取的部分读者及一些专家、馆员的权重意见进行计算后确定出各项指标的各级权重,进而用模糊综合评价法对3位馆员的工作进行综合评价,再将综合评价的结果与馆员的出勤情况进行整合,进而得出从德、能、勤、绩几个方面考评馆员工作的最终评价结论。

Analysis on the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Approach in the Job Evaluation for Librarians of University Library's Reading Room
