| 摘 要： | 信息技术深刻地改变着整个世界,能否借信息化的＂东风＂把档案资源的开发提升到一个新的台阶,让档案资源发挥更大的效用,这个问题已经得到了档案界人士的关注。分析了在信息化背景下档案资源开发遇到的障碍和问题,并尝试性地提出了解决方案。
