基于职业动力理论分析了馆员职业发展对图书馆服务再造的意义,针对图书馆员职业倦怠和去职业化的困境,指出建立馆员职业资格认证制度,将馆员职业发展融入服务理念、服务管理及服务战略,以便实现图书馆服务的再造。

Study on Library's Service Re-engineering Based on Librarian's Career Development

Based on the theory of career dynamics,this paper analyzes the significance of librarians' career development on library's service re-engineering,and in the light of librarians' job burnout and de-professionalization,points out that the Professional qualification authentication system for librarians should be established,the career development of librarians should be included in service concept,service management and service strategy for realizing library's service re-engineering.
