| Abstract: | The TRIZ theory,which is a new theory of innovation,constructs a set of strict and effective invention justice system for measuring and grasping the development direction of technological system.Applying TRIZ theory into the electricity charging can forecast the development direction of electricity charging model and help the power supply enterprises improve the electricity charging model effectively. |
