| Abstract: | The rapid development of mobile-phone communication,which makes the rise of mobile-phone library,opens some new service fields for the development of the library.This paper introduces in detail the development situation and service functions of mobile-phone library and the short-massage service,and mobile-phone based Internet service,etc.enjoyed by users in mobile-phone library,and probes into some countermeasures for further expanding library's service functions in 3G age. |
