| 摘 要： | 开发了酸性煤泥水抑制自动控制系统的软件架构,针对采样系统,采用顺序控制的方法进行了研究;借用s7-200的自由端口,采用Modbus协议,开发了远程通信程序,较好地解决了远距离控制信号的可靠、高质量传输问题;针对控制对象的非线性、大惯性和大滞后特性,采用专家控制算法完成了酸性煤泥水抑制控制系统的算法和实现;开发了界面友好的人机界面,实现了对给煤机操作的监控和计数。
