地方高校图书馆工作者知识结构完善问题刍议

教师、图书馆、仪器设备是高校办学三大要素。针对政策性、福利性人员安置、薪酬待遇相对较低等原因,地方高校图书馆工作队伍的知识结构普遍老化、不对口,难以有效支撑信息化时代高校教学方式变革与提升办学力的问题。针对上述情况,论述了图书馆工作人员的知识结构,提出了对地方高校图书馆工作人员进行培训的具体措施。

Discussion on the Perfection of Knowledge Structure of Local University Librarians

Teacher, library and instrument are three basic elements of a college. Due to the policy and welfare personnel placement, the relatively lower remuneration and other reasons, the knowledge structure of local university librarians is generally ageing and their job has nothing to do with their major, being difficult to effectively support l the reform of university’s teaching methods and enhancing university’s school-running capacity. In the light of abovementioned situation, this paper discusses the knowledge structure of librarians, and puts forward some measures for training the librarians of local university library.
