| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the features of online intelligence providers in the course of implementing knowledge management,finding that for online intelligence provider,the human resource,business process,technology,system and culture are the key factors affecting the knowledge management of online intelligence providers,and based on this,borrowing ideas from existing knowledge management maturity model,constructs a KMMM for online intelligence provider. |
