| 摘 要： | 图书馆主页FAQ作为为读者答疑解惑的重要部分,在中英文主页上都扮演着重要的角色。从FAQ的概念入手,对英文地区几所有代表性的图书馆主页FAQ进行了分析,并在此基础上指出我国高校图书馆英文主页FAQ编写中需注意的几大问题。

| Abstract: | FAQ sections on library homepage,as vital part in reference,plays an important role on both Chinese and English homepages.Starting from the concept of FAQ,this paper analyzes FAQ sections of several typical library homepages in English areas,and based on this,points out some problems needing attention in compiling FAQ sections on university library homepages in China. |
