铣床振动和噪声测试

摘    要:为了保证机床的机械运转状态达到规定振动指标,应对机床进行振动和噪声测定。通过频谱分析仪采用"逆谱法"对振动信号进行分析、提取和判断,找出故障位置和产生的原因,给出解决办法,并根据机床运转状况制定维护措施。以X62W铣床为对象进行实例分析,结果表明理论分析与实测结果相吻合。

Abstract:The vibration and the noise of the machine tools were tested to make the mechanical movement state of the machine tools reach a high standard. Adopting the inverse spectral method to analyze the distill and judgment signals in frequency spectrograph chased down the blunders, find out the breakdown source with the output reason, and put forward the solution method. Maintenance measures were established base on the running condition of machine tools, so as to reduce the economic loss. For example, the vibration and sound signals of the X62W milling machine was analyzed using the above method. The result expresses that the theory analysis is agreement with testing one.
