摘    要:教师想要提高教学质量,一定要把握和控制好影响学习可变性的五大变量.同时注意运用好“评价”这一教学环节,通过科学的测量,将得到信息及时反馈,得到“强化”,并通过“矫正学习”的补充缺失和长善救失,共同达到提高教学质量的目的.

Abstract:The five variables which affect learning result must be well managed and controlled if the teachers want to raise teaching quality.The evaluation which is one of the teaching processes should be well done that is getting feedback by scientific measurement to strengthen the image of the learning way for the qualified students and to correct the learning way for the disqualified students so as to raise the over all teaching quality as a whole.
