电动机负载下TPMC线侧电流谐波分析

摘    要:谐波污染已经影响了电力电子技术的应用和发展,三相矩阵交 交变频器(3 phasematrixAC ACconverter,TPMC)具有高功率因数、低谐波污染等优良特性,文中研究了电动机负载下矩阵变换器的线侧电流谐波特性.基于TPMC的基本调制算法,给出了输出线侧电流和输入电流关系;根据瞬时无功率理论,分析了输入输出不平衡时TPMC带电动机负载情况下线侧电流谐波,得到了线侧电流谐波与不平衡率的数学表达式;利用上述理论给出了线侧电流谐波与不平衡率的关系曲线;证明了输入电流谐波与输入电压不平衡率、输出功率均成正比,但与调制输入电流移相角的余弦值成反比.

Abstract:Harmonic pollution has an opposite effect on the application and development of power electronics, the three-phase matrix AC-AC converter(TPMC) has the excellent performance of high power factor, low harmonic pollution, etc. In this paper a TPMC input current harmonic with a motor load is researched. Based on TPMC modulation algorithm, the relationship between output current and input current is given. According to the theory of reactive power, the input current harmonics of AC-AC TPMC is analyzed as it drives an asynchronous motor under the input-output unbalance. And an accurate mathematical formula of input current harmonic and unbalance degree was deduced. Using the proposed theory, the curves indicating relationship between input current harmonic and unbalance degree are presented. This paper proves that current harmonic is in direct proportion to unbalance degree and output power, and is inversely proportional to the cosine value of module input current phase angle.
