燃气锻压机床微机控制系统的故障诊断

摘    要:本文利用工程故障诊断理论的故障树分析法,首先建立合理的系统故障树,然后根据由故障树得到的结构函数进行定性和定量分析,从而获得最佳诊断决策,对一计算机控制的锻压机床进行了有效的故障诊断.

Abstract:Fault diagnosis has long been a matter of great concern with designers. Certain modern machines such as that used in aerospace industry has been equipped with a comprehensive diagnosis system. This paper provides an explanation of the principle of fault diagnosis with a Fault-Tree analysis in a microcomputer-controlled high speed forging press. The design idea lies in first setting up a reasonable system Fault-Tree and then obtaining an optimization diagnostic strategie decision af ter a qualitative and quantitative analysis based on the construction functions obtained.
