摘    要:介绍多次微量技术制取锆钛酸铅薄膜。XRD分析表明:经高温退火处理后的薄膜呈与源材料一致的钙钛矿结构,增加退火时间能减少残存Pb3O4的数量;电滞回线检测表明,薄膜具有铁电特性。

Abstract:Lead zirconate titanate (PZT) thin films are made by the method of repeating micro-evaperation plus post annealing. XRD analyses show that the films present the rhombohedral of the perovskite of PZT, almost having no difference from the source material of PZT powder and that long-time annealing will cut down the amount of lead oxides. The checks of P-E hysteresis loops indicate that the films possess ferroelectric characteristics.
