摘    要:从螺旋离心泵的特殊结构形式和泵基本方程出发,指出了影响螺旋离心泵扬程的几种因素,并对这几种因素进行了定性分析.利用CFD软件对其内部流场进行模拟,结果表明:螺旋离心泵主要是通过其螺旋段部分对流体作功的,可见螺旋式叶轮能起到多级泵加能的作用.通过对其吸入段不同间隙下的外特性实验研究,找出了此螺旋离心泵的合理间隙值,进而指出了间隙的合理布置方式.

Abstract:Some factors influencing on the head of screw centrifugal pump were designated and their qualitative analysis was discussed according to the special structural form of the pump and basic equation of pump.The interior flow field was simulated by using the software CFD,and its result showed that the energy accepted by the liquid is done by the segment of the screw and the screw impeller can increase pump power as multistage pump does.The suitable gap was found and its suitable laying-out manner was further indicated through the experiment on different gaps between the impeller and intake section.
