| 摘 要： | 培养幸福感实质上是一种幸福教育,培养大学生的幸福感是必要的,对于大学生的德育、心理健康、学业发展等意义重大。培养大学生幸福感的途径多样,主要从弥补遗传不足,营造外部条件和增强自我控制的心理力量来分析。

| Abstract: | In effect,it is a happiness education to cultivate the subject well-being.It is very necessary to cultivate the subject well-being to university students.The education of subject well-being is so significant for the moral education,mental health,academic development to the university students.There are diverse ways to foster the subject well-being of university students.I will analyze the factors as follows：making up the deficiency from inheritance,providing the fine outside environment and enhancing the self-control psychological strength so on in the paper. |
