| 摘 要： | 目标化管理是当代的最主要管理方法,本文应用现代管理理论同实际相结合,对目标的生成,目标分解体系的建立进行了论述,并提出了绝对目标分解系数与相对目标分解系数的概念。

| Abstract: | Management by objectivezation is the most important management method. The present article combines modern management theory -with its application in reality. It also disscussed in the article the formation of objectivezation and the setting-up of istibuting objective system. Furthermore, some concept have been stated (put forward) of the distibu-ting coefficient of absolute objective and the distibuting coefficient of relative objective. |
