修形渐开螺旋面成形加工CAE系统

摘    要:随着修形渐开螺旋面齿轮副应用范围的增加,修形渐开螺旋面的成形加工方法、精度及表面质量愈来愈受到人们的重视。本文以接触线原理,推导出任意修形渐开螺旋面成形刀具廓形解析计算式,用最佳一致逼近分段圆弧拟合刀具廓形点列的方法反算工件端截形,用计算机模拟其成形加工、定量分析加工误差及作误差最佳补偿等,以此构成渐开螺旋面成形加工的计算机辅助工程(CAE)系统。文中还通过实际例子的计算,验证了该系统的正确性。

Abstract:With the increased application of revisionary involute helicalgear,the forming method, accuracy and surface quality of revisionary invo-lute helical attract more and more interest of the people. This paper presents ananalytic formular of forming cutter contour of revisionary involute helical,uses the segmental are of the best uniform approximation to fit the cutter con-tour points, calculates the profile on the cross section of a workpiece, simu-lates the procedure of form cutting, quantitatively analyzes the cutting errorsand best compensates the errors. An exemple shows the correctness of this sys-tem as a computer-aided engineering system CAE.
