Establishment of Institute Intellectual Property Management System

This paper analyzes the problems in the institutional framework, working mechanism, application procedure, and reward and punishment system of the institute intellectual property management organization. In the establishment of an efficient intellectual property management system, a scientific institutional framework and a complete working mechanism should be set up. Besides, the intellectual property application procedure should be optimized and the reward and punishment system should be improved and put into effect. In this way, the intellectual property management can be improved and the core competence of institute can be enhanced.
