摘    要:随着建筑行业的飞速发展,工程建设阶段由于过程管理环节执行偏差而造成不同等级的安全质量事件,对于有效组织事件的根本原因分析并制定纠正预防措施越来越迫在眉睫,能否准确定性事件的根本原因直接影响后续措施的针对性和有效性,根本原因的调查分析除需一定的专业技能之外,还需要强有力的组织管理,该文通过作者以往根本原因分析组织管理经验,阐述事件调查分析过程中组织管理方面的关注点,有助于调查分析工作快速准确定位并高效完成.

Abstract:Along with the rapid development of construction industry .Safety and quality incidents are increasing.due to link executive deviation process management.effective organization incident root cause analysis(RCA) is more and more important .the root cause of the accurate qualitative incidents directly affect the pertinence and effectiveness of the follow-up measures.The investigation and analysis of root cause in addition to need certain professional skills.strong organization and management is needed. In this paper/article .the author through the previous RCA organization and management experience.elaborated the investigation analysis in the process of organization management focus .help to research and analysis work to be done fast accurate positioning and high speed.
