高磷铸铁的试验研究

摘    要:通过一系列试验表明,严格控制高磷铸铁中各元素的含量,并进行孕育处理,可以达到用户对高磷铸铁的组织和性能要求。Si含量在2.0%~2.4%,Mn含量不小于0.57%时,基体中珠光体含量可达98%以上;当磷含量降到一定程度(0.63%)时,磷共晶呈断续网状;通过用Si Ba合金对铁水进行孕育,提高了石墨化能力,形成了A型石墨;另外,磷共晶量较高时,少量铁素体并不能降低铸件硬度。通过实验室小批量生产,经随机抽样检查铸件满足要求。

Abstract:After a series of experiment,the castings of high phosphorus cast iron have been gotten,whose microstructure,property and chemical composition meet the needs of the user by strictly controlling the content of elements in the cast iron and making inoculation to the molten iron.When the content of Si is in 2.0%~2.4%and the content of Mn is greater than or equal to 0.57%,the pearlite content in matris can be higher than 98%.When the content of P decreases to a certain amount (about 0.63%),steadite network is broken.The ability of graphitization can be strengthened through using Si-Ba alloy to inoculate molten iron and type Aflake graphite can be formed.In addition,when the content of steadite is higher,a little amount of ferrite cannot decrease the hardness of castings.A small batch of castings has been produced in the laboratory.The result of examination at random is that the castings meet the needs of the user.
