| Abstract: | The mathematical economic problem of monetary policy is studied to put forward a new function of money demand function and a function of inflation. Based on these,a dynamic equation for monetarypolicy decision and economic growth is established, thus determining the monetary non-neutrality. nonlinearoptimal control and turnpike solution. |
