封端率对PTMG型聚氨酯胶黏剂性能的影响

摘    要:文章研究了用PTMG(聚四氢呋喃)、TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯),并用氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(A-1110)封端合成PU(聚氨酯)胶黏剂。在合成过程中采用其他相关条件不变,仅改变封端率来制的系列胶膜,测试了胶膜的吸水率、力学性能、耐热性能。同时还运用透射电镜、红外光谱对所合成的材料进行了表征,实验结果表明:可知PU胶黏剂中已成功地引入了硅链节,较佳的封端率为5%-10%。

Abstract:This paper studies using PTMG (polytetrahydrofuran), TDI (toluene diisocyanate), and aminopropyl trimethoxysilane (A- 1110) to synthetize PU (polyurethane) adhesive. In the process of synthesis, other conditions remain unchanged, only the rate of closed- end is changed to make a series of film and water absorption, mechanical properties and heat resistance of film is tested. At the same time transmission electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy are used to test the characteristic of synthetic materials...
