The chances and challenges faced by China's container ports and our counter measures

It applies the developing chance for Asia container ports that the world economy , trade and shipping center have moved to Asia and that today's container ships have become larger and larger. At the same time the competition of the main ports in As ia is fierce. For China's trade demand is increasing strongly and China's ports (except Hong Kong) are feeder ports only, other Asia main ports around China have been competing for the transship containers departed from China. By analyzing the above problems,the paper is intended to discuss the challenge to China's ports and our counter measure.
