魟鱼肝铁蛋白释放铁的动力学研究

摘    要:选用鱼肝为研究材料,在混合蛋白质体系下,研究鱼铁蛋白(LiverferritinofDasyatisakajei,DALF)释放铁的动力学过程和规律.实验结果表明,在混合蛋白质体系中,以抗坏血酸为电子供体的条件下,DALF以简单的1级反应动力学方式进行释放铁的反应;而采用Na2S2O4为电子供体时,DALF却以两相行为进行释放铁的反应,两相转折点时间约在22min.在体外,不同等电点的DALF释放铁的速率有些差别.因此,作者认为铁蛋白释放铁的过程均受到蛋白壳自身柔性调节速率的影响.

Abstract:The kinetic process and law of iron release from the liver ferritin of Dasyatis akajeias (DALF) are strdied in the presence of mixed proteins.With electron donor ascorbic acid,DALF releases its iron with first-order law.However,using Na_2S_2O_4,DALF takes a pathway of iron releases going with biphasic behavior and kinetics of first-order,with turning point of the biphasic to be about 22 min.The rate of iron release of DALF with different isoelectric points in vitro differs somewhat from that in vivo.Referring to the results,authors indicate that kinetics of iron release of DALF in the presence of mixed protein differ evidently from that purified by electrophoretic technology.Even so,both rates of iron release are regulated by the protein shell with flexible characteristics itself.
