可伐合金与铜复合材料界面结构和强度的研究

摘    要:报道了可伐合金与无氧铜的复合材料界面结合强度的研究结果:界面两侧的结合是固溶体间的金属结合,界面的断裂强度不低于无氧铜的断裂强度。并用Seah的准化学方法计算了复合界面断裂强度,结果表明,界面断裂强度为 262 MPa,略高于无氧铜的断裂强度,与试验结果一致。

Abstract:The interfacial structure and cohesion strength of the metal composite ofoxygen-free copper together with Kovar alloy were investigated. It is revealedthat such a cohesion of the two different metals between which the interfaceis formed in is a metallic cohension of two different solid solutions, with aninterfacial failure strength not below that of only the oxygen-free copper. Theinterfacial failure strength was calculated by means of Seah's quasi--chemicalmethod, and the result shows that the strength is given as 262MPa, slightly hi-gher than that of oxygen-free copper and in agreement with values measured.
