| 摘 要： | 新农村建设是一个完整的、系统的、全方位的建设,具有丰富的内容,不是只强调农村某一方面的建设。新农村建设存在靠政府买单、靠以工补农、靠个别成功人士恩赐等各种误区。提高农业的综合生产能力、加强农产品市场营销、扶持非农产业等是新农村建设的对策。
