摘    要:研究了一种新型硫化活性剂用量对天然橡胶(NR)采用普通硫化体系时胶料硫化特性、力学性能和热空气老化性能的影响,并与添加ZnO的胶料进行了对比.结果表明,用量为4份时,胶料综合性能最佳,硫化橡胶力学性能、耐热空气老化性和压缩永久变形达到添加5份ZnO的硫化橡胶相应水平.虽然添加4份SR709的硫化橡胶锌含量仅为5份ZnO...

Abstract:Effects of a novel curing active agent containing low amount of zinc and its dosage on the properties of the sulfur-cured NR were studied,comparing with the compounds containing ZnO.The result demonstrated that it had obvious curing active effect on the sulfur-cured NR.The comprehensive properties of the compounds were good by adding 4 phr.The mechanical properties,hot air aging resistance and compression set of the vulcanizate containing 4 phr,were approximately as well as those of the vulcanizate containing 5 phr ZnO.Besides,the zinc content of the compounds adding 4 phr was only 37.4 % of that of the compounds adding 5 phr ZnO.The novel curing active agent could be used in NR instead of ZnO.
