不同产地魔芋粉中无机元素的含量测定

摘    要:采用等离子体发射光谱法测定了四川、缅甸两个不同产地魔芋粉中Na、Mg、Ca等14种无机元素的含量,相对标准偏差RSD≤2.63%,检出限在0.1-4.9μg/L之间,同时,比较了微波消解法和干灰化法溶样对测定结果的影响.

Abstract:To measure the content of inorganic elements in Konjac flour produced in different regions,ICP-AES method was used to measure the contents of Na、Mg、Ca、K、Mo、Mn、Ni、Cr、Ba、Fe、Zn、Cu、Pb and Cd in two kinds of Konjac flour produced in Sichuan and Burma.The relative standard deviation and detection limit were in the range of 0.10%~2.63% and 0.1~4.9 μg/L respectively.Impacts of microwave digestion method and dry-ashing digestion on measuring results were compared.
