蚓激酶副产物有效成分研究

摘    要:采用氨基酸自动分析仪测定了蚓激酶副产物中氨基酸的含量和组成。用紫外分光光度计法测定了蚓激酶副产物,蚓激酶、地龙和蚯蚓中的次黄嘌呤含量。结果表明,蚓激酶副产物中人体必需氨基酸占总氨基酸含量的一半以上。次黄嘌呤含量分别为1.4611%,0.9967%,0.9375%和0.1185%.

Abstract:The contents and compositions of amino acids of the by product in producing earthworm kinase (BEK) was determined by automatic analytical instrument of amino acids.The contents of hypoxanthine in BEK,Dilong (dragon of the earth),fresh earthworm and the earthworm kinase (EK) were determined with UV spectrophotometry.The results show that the essential amino acids for human body in BEK account for more than half of the total contents of amino acids.The hypoxanthine contents in BEK,EK,Dilong and fresh earthworm are 1.4612%,0.9967%,0.9375% and 0.1185% respectively.
