圆柱齿轮传动设计专家系统的研究

摘    要:本文针对机械产品设计中逻辑推理和数值计算交织在一起的特点,论述了所研制的用于圆柱齿轮传动设计的专家系统的基本原理和关键技术,其中包括:设计型专家系统知识表示的形式,知识库的层次结构模型,前向推理求解策略和基于跟踪法的解释功能。文中还引入了满意度的概念,对齿轮强度校核提出了新的方法。

Abstract:This paper, according to the feature of alternating logic argumentationwith numerical value calculation in the process of mechanical product design,deals with the basic theory and key techniques of expert system of designingcylindric gear transmission which is developed by the authors, including: ruleforms of knowledge representation to use engineering design, hierarchy struc-ture model of knowledge base; colving tactics of forward reasoning, and expla-nation facility based on tracing method. In the paper, the concept of satis-fiability is introduced, and new method of gear strength check is put forward.
