基于锶同位素和7种元素的红枣产地判别

摘    要:为建立红枣产地判别模型,提供红枣原产地溯源理论依据,采集河南新郑、山西太谷和新疆哈密、策勒、于田的红枣样品,采用热电离质谱仪和电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定锶同位素(87Sr/86Sr)和33种元素含量,结合化学计量学主成分分析和判别分析建立判别模型,对新疆不同产地红枣和河南、山西红枣进行判别分析。多重比较结果表明:新郑、于田红枣Rb含量显著高于哈密、策勒,太谷红枣Zn含量显著高于于田。策勒红枣87Sr/86Sr显著高于新郑、太谷、于田、哈密,而新郑、太谷、于田红枣87Sr/86Sr显著高于哈密。通过共线性诊断分析,选取87Sr/86Sr和7种元素(Sc、V、Co、Zn、Y、Cd、Cs)建立判别模型,5个产地红枣回代检验、留一交叉验证的整体判别率分别为100%、82.7%。87Sr/86Sr和7种元素结合化学计量学判别不同产地红枣的方法切实可行。

Abstract:In order to establish the identified model of jujube origin and provide theoretical basis for the origin traceability of jujube, samples of jujube were originated from Henan Xinzheng, Shanxi Taigu, and Xinjiang Hami, Cele and Yutian. The contents of strontium isotope (87Sr/86Sr) and 33 elements in jujube were determined by thermoelectric ionization mass spectrometer and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer. The discriminant analysis of jujube from different producing areas in Xinjiang province, Henan province and Shanxi province was carried out in combination with principal components and discriminant analysis in stoichiometry. Multiple comparison results showed that the Rb content of Xinzheng and Yutian jujube was significantly higher than that of Hami and Cele.The content of Zn in Taigu jujube was significantly higher than that in Yutian. The Sr isotope signatures (87Sr/86Sr) in Cele jujube was highest than that in jujube from other areas, while the 87Sr/86Sr in Xinzheng, Taigu and Yutian was significantly higher than that from Hami. By collinearity diagnosis analysis, the discriminating model of 87Sr/86Sr and seven elements (scandium, vanadium, cobalt, zinc, yttrium, cadmium and cesium) were established.The overall discriminant rate of jujube back substitute test and cross-check test from five areas were 100% and 82.7%, respectively. It might be feasible to distinguish jujube from different areas by 87Sr/86Sr and seven elements combined with stoichiometry.
