| 摘 要： | 以对叔丁基甲苯（ＰＴＢＴ）为原料，氧气为氧化剂，冰醋酸为溶剂，醋酸钴为催化剂，考察了合成对叔丁基苯甲苯甲酸（ＰＴＢＡ）的影响因素，确定了该氧化过程的最佳工艺条件：反应温度９０～９５℃，原料与溶剂配比１：４（ｍ：ｍ），催化剂质量浓度ｗ＝０．１～０．２，ＰＴＢＴ的化率可达１００％，收率为８７％。

| Abstract: | The synthesis of p tert butylbenzoic acid by oxidaiotn of p tert butyltoluene has been stu died .It was proved by the work that such factors as temperature,catalyst concentration and the ratio of raw materials to solvent have important effects on the reaction.A 100% of p tert butyltoluene convertibility and 87% yield to p tert butylbenzoic acid have been achieved through authors' research experiments. |
