摘    要:指出虚拟样机技术的实现途径,总结Pro/E和ADAMS解决方案中使用Mechanical/Pro接口的相关问题.作为实例,应用该解决方案,对小型甘蔗收割机输送模块进行了设计和仿真,重点考察辊轮转速及拨片与甘蔗的摩擦系数对物料速度的影响,得出了初步结论,并对物理样机的制造起指导作用.

Abstract:The realization approach of the technology of the virtual prototyping and the problems of using the Mechanism/Pro to input date from Pro/E to ADAMS are discussed. As an example for the combination of Pro/e and ADAMS,design and simulation were done about the transportation module of the small-scale sugar cane harvester. For getting the direction of the manufacture of the physical prototype , the influence on the sugar cane transportation speed was inspected when changing the rotational speed of roller and the friction coefficient between the roller and sugar cane .
