摘    要:以兰州某低层住宅楼地基不均匀沉降引起的结构双向倾斜变形为工程背景,分析倾斜因为.针对建筑物地基应力低、结构刚度弱的特点,研究黄土湿陷性的固有特点,用塑性理论确定开孔间距、开孔高度等参数,设计迫降纠倾的技术方案.采用动态设计的思想,经过4个循环耗时90 d,成功实现住宅楼的双向纠倾.工程结论表明,针对湿陷性黄土地基在迫降...
